This challenge is available to anyone who seriously wants to up-level their performance and accomplish personal goals. Jump start your self-discipline and stay connected to other peeps who want to raise the bar for themselves. We are Kula!!! (community) 

This is a unique fitness challenge that is not just about getting into a pose or looking great on the beach, while those great goals, there’s more involved to surpass your current limitations. Usually, it’s a mindset, consistent discipline, doing the uncomfortable, daily nutrition and having a great strategy.
**Make sure to watch the first three short videos of the important guidelines before you start practicing.**

I'm a Yoga teacher and  movement aficionado. I'm always excited to explore moving my body, challenge myself and grow in ways I didn't think possible.  I teach what I'm currently learning and practicing myself. How else can you teach and educate authentically?

Reminder!! I sell awesome yoga blocks, many of my students and clients have purchased, very satisfied. You will be using yoga blocks throughout the challenge, they are a helpful and necessary tool for the work we'll be doing. Don't wait, I have limited supply....
