Fiery Vinyasa Level 3 🔥 💪 🤸♂️
The roof, the roof is on fire!
Prime your body and mind for this advanced, challenging vinyasa. Activate your muscles to meet your edge and
sweat-it out! You’re ready to give it all you got and more!
Handstands, arm balances and core integration is the common vibe of this class. Not your average yoga class.
Who should take this class?
At least 1year continuous yoga practice is required.
Isometrics 🔥 💪 💦
Break a sweat without moving. The muscle fibers are activated, but since there are equal forces acting against each other, there’s no movement. It’s safe, effective and you will break a sweat. If you improve your isometric strength you improve your dynamic strength. Extremely joint friendly, while going full tilt!
Who should take this class?
Fiery core peeps, add this class to your routine.
Beginners welcome (not easy, yet accessible)

Restorative Yoga 🕯️🧘💤

Each pose you’ll relax into reclined or supported positions, gentle spinal rotations that allow for deeper breathing, therapeutic poses for chest & hip openers and so much more. This practice allows for a sweet way to prepare for sleep,
If you practice challenging classes and or flow classes, Restorative is an excellent way to rest, relax and rejuvenate your body and mind.
