Desk Yoga Break 15min🧘🏽😌

I encourage you to actually leave your desk position, but sometimes, deadlines don’t always allow you to. Join me for 15min, I’ll show you how to stretch and release your hips, shoulders and neck while at your desk!

Who should take this class?

Any human that sits in a desk & chair for more than 5min!!!!!

Fiery Vinyasa Level 3 πŸ”₯ πŸ’ͺ πŸ€Έβ€β™‚οΈ

The roof, the roof is on fire!

Prime your body and mind for this advanced, challenging vinyasa. Activate your muscles to meet your edge and

sweat-it out! You’re ready to give it all you got and more!

Handstands, arm balances and core integration is the common vibe of this class. Not your average yoga class.

Who should take this class?

At least 1year continuous yoga practice is required.

Isometrics πŸ”₯ πŸ’ͺ πŸ’¦

Break a sweat without moving. The muscle fibers are activated, but since there are equal forces acting against each other, there’s no movement. It’s safe, effective and you will break a sweat. If you improve your isometric strength you improve your dynamic strength. Extremely joint friendly, while going full tilt!

Who should take this class?

Fiery core peeps, add this class to your routine.

Beginners welcome (not easy, yet accessible)

Sattva Studio Level 1-2 πŸ§˜πŸ½

Come flow through fluid Vinyasa Flow sequences of traditional sun salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement to build strength and endurance, finding balance and flexibility. This class is for those students who have working knowledge of yoga postures and are ready for an introduction to more challenging postures and creative sequencing.

Who should take this class?

Those students who have working knowledge of yoga postures. *Students must sign up via Sattva Yoga.

Restorative Yoga πŸ•―οΈπŸ§˜πŸ’€

Gather all types of props around your home; pillow, couch cushion, blocks/books, strap/belt, blankets. Draw your curtains, dim the lights, or light some candles preparing your body to let go. Each pose you’ll relax into reclined or supported positions, gentle spinal rotations that allow for deeper breathing, therapeutic poses for chest & hip openers and so much more. This practice allows for a sweet way to prepare for sleep,

If you practice challenging classes and or flow classes, Restorative is an excellent way to rest, relax and rejuvenate your body and mind.

Who should take this class?

All humans

Unwind Yoga Level 1-2 πŸ§˜πŸ½πŸŒΈ

Does your body feel creaky in the morning?

Slow down to open up, unwind everything. Think of this class as Therapeutics meets Yin, with some vinyasa (flow). We'll twist and stretch so your fascia can allow your body to be more supple.

Ease into each pose to stay connected with your breath, create space and lubricate those restricted areas of your wrists, feet, ankles, hips, shoulders and neck.

Who should take this class?

Those students who have working knowledge of yoga postures and who want to MOVE.

Vitamin Yoga Level 1-2 πŸ§˜πŸ½

Become more flexible by moving, rotating, stretching, bending, reaching and balancing via this warming vinyasa. (NEAT) Non-Exercise Thermogenic Activity. I mentioned this concept in Gazette No. 184 newsletter. Did you read it????

Who should take this class?

Those students who have working knowledge of yoga postures and who want to MOVE.

Yin Yoga Sacred Self Care🧘🏽

A meditative approach to nourish yourself through gentle twists and long holds; finding space and suppleness in your physical self. Release your body and mind from the week of intense news and stress. Yin classes will change themes and focus each week. Requests are welcomed.

Who should take this class?

Those students who have working knowledge of yoga postures and Yin (helpful).
