Blue Majik My Go To Recovery Strategy


Whether I'm working out, practicing yoga, teaching multiple classes, having additional nutritional support goes a long way, especially when I need to be clear headed and full of energy. Blue-green algae is helpful before anything intense, but also as a great recovery strategy as well.

I put Blue Majik by E3live in all kinds of foods, my two favorite recipes I make often are smoothies and guacamole.

I tried to exhibit the wildly dynamic color of this blue-green algae, but honestly you need to see it in person, it's so amazing with a beautiful hue of green.

As with anything you try it takes time to notice or feel the effects of superfoods; some can be more apparent than others, but to me the effects are always subtle, I'll be humming along in my day feeling awake and ready to roll for whatever comes up. I actually notice the difference more when I STOP taking them.

I personally believe now and proceeding into the future with the (poor and tampered with) conditions of our soil, GMO in everything (starting at the seed), pollution, daily and environmental life stressors, we will need superfoods to sustain our fast-paced technology loaded lives. Superfoods, like Blue Majik is an additional support system to help you find and feel focused, keeping your cells at an optimal level.

The best way to find out, is to experience superfoods for yourself. ps....in my humble opinion, this type of Spirulina - Blue Majik doesn't really have any distinct flavor, which opens the door to exploring all kinds of culinary adventures!

Spirulina

Arthrospira platensis

Arthrospira platensis (strain of Spirulina) (Blue Majik by e3live). Its stunning blue pigment contains both phycocyanin (PC) and non-PC compounds. This unique combination is not seen in standard Spirulina powder. PC is clinically shown to relieve physical discomfort, which means consumers feel better, can do more activity, and enjoy an overall better quality of life.

Believed to have been a staple for the Aztecs, recorded history dating to the Conquistadors confirms that Spirulina cakes were regularly sold around the 16th century. One of the most elaborate explanations recorded comes from Cortez in his book, “Conquest of Mexico.”

SuperFood Recovery Smoothie

Place all ingredients the blender

1c nut milk of choice (unsweetened)

1/4 c filter water (add more or less)

1/2 c frozen cauliflower

1 Medjol date

1/4 c wild frozen blueberries

1 scoop of hemp chocolate protein powder (I use Sun Warrior)

1 tbsp Maca

3-5 capsules of E3live Blue Majik (remove capsules)

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

1 tbsp raw cacao nibs

{it's not very sweet, which is the point}

Sprinkle top with shredded unsweetened coconut flakes, ground turmeric and ground black pepper, mix through and enjoy!
